How much does an epoxy floor cost?
Our epoxy and vinyl flake system starts at $7 per square foot, so a standard two-car garage (about 400 sq ft) starts around $2,800, fully prepped and sealed. Quartz starts at $13/sq ft and metallic epoxy at $16/sq ft.
Your final price depends on size, slab condition and the finish you pick. We measure and check your concrete at a free 30-minute assessment, then give you one written number. That number is your cap.

How much does an epoxy garage floor cost in the Lower Mainland?

How long does a garage floor coating take?
Most garages are installed in about two days. You can walk on the floor after 24 hours, move items back in on day three, and park your vehicles from day seven.
Do I have to empty my garage first?
No. Moving your belongings out of the garage and back in is included with every job, so you don’t lose a weekend to it.
What does the Wish Warranty cover?
On concrete, we warrant both the colour and the adhesion of your coating for 20 years. On wood, tile, vinyl and other surfaces, we warrant colour for 5 years. Read the full Wish Warranty.
What’s the difference between flake, quartz and metallic?
Flake is the durable everyday garage finish. Quartz adds grip and toughness for wet areas like mudrooms and outdoor showers. Metallic epoxy is a high-gloss, one-of-a-kind showpiece. All three go over the same full prep.
Why do some garage floor coatings peel?
Most failures come from skipped grinding, moisture in the slab and a single thin coat. We diamond grind, repair cracks, lay an epoxy base and seal it with a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat. Why coatings peel.
